3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data are processed within the following purposes and legal bases:
a) Performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c / GDPR Art. 6/1-b): Creation of event registration, sending attendance confirmation, ticket delivery, transmission of digital certificates and materials, execution of refund processes.
b) Legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-a / GDPR Art. 6/1-c): Fulfillment of obligations under tax legislation, e-commerce legislation and other legal regulations, and providing information to authorized institutions and organizations.
c) Legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f / GDPR Art. 6/1-f): Measuring service quality, improving event organization, analyzing website performance, ensuring technical security. For this purpose, processing is limited to an extent that does not impair your fundamental rights.
d) Explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1 / GDPR Art. 6/1-a): Sending e-newsletters or notifications about new events, announcements and training content. Processing for this purpose is carried out if you give explicit consent, and you may withdraw your consent at any time.

4.2. International Transfer

5. STORAGE AND DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data are deleted, destroyed or anonymized ex officio or upon your request when the purpose of processing ceases or the retention periods provided for in the relevant legislation expire.
Order and payment records: 10 years in accordance with tax legislation
Event participation records: 3 years from the event date
E-newsletter subscription: Until consent is withdrawn; destroyed within 30 days after withdrawal
Website log records: 2 years
Student document: destroyed immediately after the discount is applied
Retention periods are determined within the framework of Article 7 of the KVKK, the Regulation on the Deletion, Destruction or Anonymization of Personal Data, and the relevant sectoral legislation.

To exercise your rights, you may submit a written application to info@lanturkey.com together with information verifying your identity. Applications are concluded free of charge no later than 30 (thirty) days. If the request is excessively repetitive or manifestly unfounded, a reasonable fee may be charged.
If your application is rejected or you find the response insufficient, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board (kvkk.gov.tr).

LANT takes the following technical and administrative measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of your personal data:
